Jordan Charles Kristofer Turner

Wow, he's here. We are soooo excited to meet our newest nephew. He is even named after Uncle Kris!!! Wow, do you think hes excited or what! A huge congratulations to Malinda, Ryan and new big brother Dylan!!! We are so proud of you and soooo happy! He was born on the 30th of July at 8:37am weighing in at 9lbs 7.5 oz. We love you already little man. See you Saturday!

New Pictures!!!!!

So whats new on the home front? Well I have a beautiful new niece Illyanna Amy Perpeluck, 3 weeks old and am getting another nephew tomorrow at about 8:30am, little Jordon Kristofer Turner ;) Obviously a c-section!

Kristina has lost yet ANOTHER tooth, we aren't going to have to even brush soon as she has lost so many, 6 so far!!!

Brandon is really rolling fast, not all the way across the room, but if hes on his back then hes right onto his tummy. He can roll now belly to his back but not all the time, its just a fluke still. Hes also getting better and better on his tummy. He is definitely pushing himself backwards and can almost go forwards. Pulling though, hes not getting onto his knees yet.

Brandon is also eating more and more real food (well baby food) He is eating about 3 jars a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner and then bottles as well when needed. Hes also having some Cheerios and is loving them. Hes learning how to use his sippy cup, not bad so far and loves water, especially ice cold water!

It all goes way to fast, but I am loving every minute of it!!

Rolling

So Brandon had been rolling sometimes, but just by fluke I think. Yesterday he really figured it out. He goes from his back to his stomach in like 3 seconds every time you put him down. He is loving that hes able to do it. But then he gets mad when hes been on his tummy for a while so I flip him back and then he immediately flips over again and then gets mad. Its hilarious. Its like hes like crap how did I get here, I hate it here. Hes really getting good on his tummy though. Hes pushing himself backwards a bit, not too far but hes definitely moving. Hes trying really hard to get his knees underneath him. They go under but then he can't really get going anywhere, other than pushing backwards with his arms. We love him though and hes the happiest easiest baby ever, well him and Kristina :)

5 Months!

Wow, it doesn't seem like it has been 5 months at all! I saw an 8 month old yesterday and she didn't look too much bigger than Brandon and she's crawling around and cruising on the furniture. It sure won't be long until that's Brandon and I can tell you that I am most certainly not looking forward to it like I was with Kristina. I know that once he starting rolling like crazy, its only a matter of time until hes crawling and only a few weeks till furniture cruising and then walking so really once they roll good there gone! I am so not ready for it this time.

Damm thats good!! (Thats for you D man)

Holy crapola! Brandon slept through the night (Like 11 hours) Wow!!!! I didn't want to get my hopes to high but two nights means we are done like dinner! I am super excited! When we decided to make him go all night I was a bit unsure, he seemed hungry to me in the night (others tried to tell me ;) So he woke up like 4 or so times and the first night so I went in and gave him his soother, rubbed the belly for a sec and went back to bed. He kept waking up ( I guess out of habit) and crying for a bit and falling back asleep but when I got up the next morning it was 10:00! I know, and Kris was at work, what was going on with my kids. I just thought Kristina must have fed him after she got up. If she does she usually comes into my room and asks if she can change or feed him and I say sure and get up shortly after however, I headed out to the living room and they were just playing away! So I asked her if she fed him and she said no she just got him out of the bassinet when he woke up and played with him. I know being a parent of two sure is hard :) So I checked the bottle and sure enough he still hadn't eaten and had been up for at least two hours. Obviously not hungry. Brandon has always been the type to push the bottle out when hes full and refuse to take it when hes not hungry so I was like what? Ok hes obviously not hungry in the middle of the night if when he gets up hes not hungry for two hours. So we are definitely going to keep on doing this. So the next two nights he went to bed at 8:00 and got up around 10 or 11 for a bit more bottle and then slept through till 7 or so!!!!!!!!!!!! Yaaa for us. I am happy to say I will not being getting up in the middle of the night again for a long time (or until one of the kids are sick)!!!! We rock!!!
